As a Team Member at Wow! Momo, you will be the face of our brand. You’ll be responsible for providing great customer service, preparing our signature momos, and maintaining a clean, happy outlet.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting customers and taking orders at the counter.
Preparing and serving food items as per brand standards.
Handling cash/digital payments (POS) accurately.
Ensuring the kitchen and dining area are kept clean and hygienic.
Requirements:
Minimum 10th or 12th pass.
Good communication and a friendly attitude.

2. Store Manager (SM)
Job Summary: We are looking for a result-oriented Store Manager to lead our outlet operations. You will focus on driving sales, managing the team, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction while maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing daily outlet operations, inventory, and stock orders.
Leading, training, and motivating the team members.
Achieving monthly sales targets and managing costs (wastage/labor).
Ensuring strict adherence to food safety and brand hygiene protocols.
Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
1–3 years of experience in a QSR or Cafe environment.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. |
